1. Priority Delivery = £4.95 (ex VAT) - Courier

2. Standard Delivery = FREE - Royal Mail 2nd Class

3. International Delivery = Quoted for on order

1. Priority Delivery

If you need an item in a hurry please select our guaranteed, insured and fully track-able priority service. This option is available at CHECKOUT. Only available for deliveries within the UK.

We always attempt to dispatch your order on the same day however we cannot guarantee this.

This service costs £4.95 (ex VAT) and is a courier service with UPS or Parcelforce.

2. Standard delivery

Within mainland UK standard delivery is FREE for all online orders to locations in the UK. Standard delivery means that we will choose the most appropriate method of delivery. This option is available at CHECKOUT.

In most cases this will be a first class Royal Mail service or a courier service with UPS or Parcelforce. However it can mean that a 2nd Class service is used.

Please understand that with our free standard delivery lower value orders (under £30.00 ex VAT) are likely (but not always) to be sent second class.

If you do require goods by a certain date please contact us prior to ordering and we will do all we can to ensure your products arrive in time.

Standard delivery services are not always track-able or insured.

3. International Delivery

We would be happy to quote air or sea freight for export purposes where required.

Please contact us by email, phone, fax or post.

We aim to dispatch goods on the same or next working day to ensure you have them as soon as possible.

During busy periods this may be longer.

We dispatch goods Monday to Friday & use services from Royal Mail, UPS and Parcelforce couriers.

You will normally receive your item(s) within 1-3 working days.
